What non-espresso coffee do you drink when you can’t be bothered?

Confession: some mornings I do not have the energy to weigh, grind, dial, steam, and clean. On those days what’s your lazy backup? Moka pot, French press, pour over, or do you cave and hit the drive-through? I keep an Aeropress around for exactly these mornings and honestly I love it, no shame. Curious whether the serious espresso crowd here keeps a low-effort ritual in their back pocket or whether it’s espresso or nothing.
